Working on Proteus — an integrated laboratory automation platform that accelerates bioconversion discovery.
Contributing to research in the Hittinger Lab, which focuses on the genomics and evolution of yeasts and other fungi.
Presented proof-of-concept data from a microbial growth screen and automated adaptive laboratory evolution (ALE) experiment. Demonstrated metadata schemas for downstream applications and a step-by-step walkthrough of how a GLBRC ALE project is expedited using the Proteus platform.
